What You Get

Getting your memories to you is fast and convenient with Retrace. We give all our customers simple file sharing via OneDrive along with a flash drive if requested. Make sure to update your preferences in the "Shipping Options" section at checkout.

  • File Share via OneDrive (Standard)

    Within 7-10 days of shipping your items, you'll receive an email containing a link to your personal OneDrive folder where you'll have access to all your media.

  • Flash Drive (Optional)

    In case you want to store all your memories in your pocket, Retrace offers flash drives that will be shipped along with your media. Simply select the "Flash Drive and File Share" option in the shipping section.
