Shipping Instructions

Thank you for trusting Retrace Digital to bring your memories into the digital age. To
help ensure a smooth digitization process, please follow these instructions to
send your items safely to us.

  • Step 1. Gather your Items

    Please prepare all items you’d like us to digitize. This may include:

    • Tapes
    • Photos
    • Camera Film
    • DVDs
    • Cassette Tapes

    For delicate or unique items, we recommend placing them in protective sleeves or cases

  • Step 2. Pack Carefully

    • Use a sturdy package that tightly surrounds your items so there is less space for movement. This reduces the risk of your items being damaged during shipment.
    • Add padding like bubble wrap or packing paper around your items to keep them secure.

  • Step 3. Affix UPS Label to Package

    After checkout, you should receive an email containing a shipping label. If not please contact us on our contact page.

    • Print out the label.
    • Affix the label to your package.
    • Drop off the package at a convenient UPS location. Or you can schedule a UPS pickup ,but this does require a UPS account . If you don’t have a printer, you can scan and print by mobile barcode at a UPS STORE location. Not a UPS drop off location.
