How it Works
Digitizing your legacy is easy with Retrace. Follow these four easy steps and we'll bring your memories to life.
1. Gather Your Memories
The first thing you should do is gather any home movies, tapes and photos you want digitized. Make sure your items are able to be digitized by us using the following link: What We Digitize.
We also recommend finding a sturdy box or package that you will ship your items in. Before checkout, please enter and submit your package dimensions here: Package Info.
2. Select Your Items
Simply select your items and their amounts from our digitizing collection then proceed to checkout.

2. Flexible Submission
Skip counting your items and simply send them to us. We'll asses your items and send you a detailed invoice before digitization.
3. Ship Your Items
After checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email of your purchase followed by an email containing your shipping label and instructions.

If you don't receive a shipping label, make sure to let us know via the contact page.
4. Relax While We Digitize Your Memories
Once we receive your items, our experts will quickly get to work bringing your memories to life. We'll continuously update you with our progress and within 7-10 days you'll receive email with a link to access your newly digitized items!
Within 3-4 days your memories will be returned to you along with a thumb drive with your files, if you requested it.
